Le Fonds de Garantie de l\u2019Entrepreneuriat au Congo (FOGEC) est n\u00e9 d\u2019une volont\u00e9 forte : lib\u00e9rer le potentiel des entrepreneurs congolais et transformer le paysage \u00e9conomique national.
Cr\u00e9\u00e9 par le D\u00e9cret n\u00b020\/032 du 31 octobre 2020, sous la vision \u00e9clair\u00e9e de Son Excellence Monsieur F\u00e9lix-Antoine TSHISEKEDI TSHILOMBO, Chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat, le FOGEC s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre du Programme National de D\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019Entrepreneuriat Congolais (PRONADEC).<\/p>

Ce texte fondateur conf\u00e8re au FOGEC un statut d\u2019\u00e9tablissement public \u00e0 caract\u00e8re technique, financier et social, dot\u00e9 d\u2019une personnalit\u00e9 juridique et d\u2019une autonomie administrative et financi\u00e8re.
Sa mission : garantir et faciliter l\u2019acc\u00e8s au financement pour les start-ups, MPME et artisans congolais, en catalysant l\u2019innovation, l\u2019emploi et la cr\u00e9ation de valeur locale.<\/p>

L\u2019Ordonnance pr\u00e9sidentielle portant nomination du Mandataire vient renforcer cette dynamique en confiant les r\u00eanes \u00e0 une gouvernance engag\u00e9e, visionnaire et r\u00e9solument tourn\u00e9e vers l\u2019impact.
Sous cette direction, le FOGEC agit comme un levier strat\u00e9gique, align\u00e9 sur les politiques nationales, pour construire une classe moyenne forte et un tissu entrepreneurial comp\u00e9titif.<\/p>
