Sous l\u2019impulsion et la vision claire de Son Excellence Monsieur F\u00e9lix-Antoine TSHISEKEDI TSHILOMBO<\/strong>, Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, le Gouvernement a initi\u00e9 le Programme National de D\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019Entrepreneuriat Congolais (PRONADEC). V\u00e9ritable plan strat\u00e9gique en faveur des entrepreneurs, ce programme a conduit notamment \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation du Fonds de Garantie de l\u2019Entrepreneuriat au Congo (FOGEC) par le D\u00e9cret n\u00b0 20\/032 du 31 octobre 2020.<\/p>

Le FOGEC a pour mission de faciliter l’acc\u00e8s au financement bancaire pour les tr\u00e8s petites, petites et moyennes entreprises (TPME) ainsi que pour les entrepreneurs individuels en R\u00e9publique D\u00e9mocratique du Congo, qui font face \u00e0 des difficult\u00e9s pour offrir les garanties traditionnellement exig\u00e9es par les banques et les institutions financi\u00e8res.<\/p>

Dans ce cadre, l\u2019Etablissement a pour attributions de\u00a0:<\/p>

  • Mobiliser et collecter les ressources financi\u00e8res au niveau national et international\u00a0;<\/li>
  • Intervenir sur le march\u00e9 en termes de garantie aupr\u00e8s des banques (Cr\u00e9dit aux entrepreneurs sous garantie FOGEC) et d\u2019interventions directes (Fonds d\u2019amor\u00e7age, Subventions, Prises de participation, Innovation financi\u00e8re).<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Nos objectifs strat\u00e9giques sont concrets et mesurables\u00a0:<\/p>

    • Objectif \u00e9conomique<\/strong>\u00a0: Stimuler la croissance \u00e9conomique en soutenant la cr\u00e9ation, la consolidation et l’expansion des TPME, principaux pourvoyeurs d’emplois et leviers de diversification \u00e9conomique.<\/li>
    • Objectif social<\/strong>\u00a0: Favoriser l’inclusion \u00e9conomique en ciblant sp\u00e9cifiquement les jeunes entrepreneurs, les femmes entrepreneures, et les porteurs de projets dans les secteurs prioritaires et les r\u00e9gions moins desservies.<\/li>
    • Objectif financier<\/strong>\u00a0: Mobiliser et optimiser les ressources afin de garantir un volume de cr\u00e9dits croissant aux TPME, tout en assurant la p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 et la sustainability du Fonds.<\/li>
    • Objectif de d\u00e9veloppement sectoriel<\/strong>\u00a0: Contribuer au d\u00e9veloppement de secteurs cl\u00e9s identifi\u00e9s dans le Plan National Strat\u00e9gique de D\u00e9veloppement 2024-2028 en facilitant leur acc\u00e8s au cr\u00e9dit.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
